Two lines. Finally. So why can’t you breathe?
You waited so long for this. You tested three times to be sure. And somewhere between the joy and the screenshot you sent your partner, the fear moved in. Every twinge, every trip to the bathroom, every time you check the toilet paper and hold your breath. Your first OB appointment is weeks away, Google is a horror movie, and the one question you can’t say out loud keeps you up at night: what if I lose this one too?
I’m Tianna, an RN with 15+ years in high-risk Labor & Delivery and the NICU. I have PCOS. I lost my first baby at six months, and then I brought two home. For the next 12 weeks, I walk through this pregnancy with you, every week and every weekday, so you are never alone with the fear and never left wondering whether you did enough.
This is 12 weeks of private pregnancy coaching with me. Weekly 1:1 sessions, Monday–Friday messaging, and my Breathe Easy™ course included, all alongside your prenatal care.
You fought too hard for these two lines to spend the next 12 weeks holding your breath alone.
I keep only a few spots each month for women who are pregnant after PCOS or after loss.
You're happy. You're terrified. Both are true.
You haven't told your mama yet because you're scared you'll have to untell her. You replay every cup of coffee, every workout, every night you barely slept, wondering if something you did already hurt this baby. You feel a cramp and spend an hour deciding whether it's normal or whether to call. And when you finally do call, you get a nurse line that doesn't know your history and a "that's probably fine" that doesn't let you sleep.
After everything PCOS asked of you to get here, it makes sense that you can't just relax and enjoy it. Nobody who has fought this hard gets to feel casual about two lines.
Nothing is wrong with you for being scared. You've just been holding it by yourself.
The scariest moment of these 12 weeks is the one you will never face alone.
Spotting you weren't expecting. A cramp that doesn't feel right. An ultrasound tech who goes quiet. A doctor who says three words you don't understand and walks back out. That's the moment most women with PCOS are completely alone, googling in a hospital gown and wondering if they said the right thing.
Not you. You walk into every appointment with your questions already written, so you say what needs to be said even when your voice is shaking. And when you walk out, you message me, the person who already knows your cycles, your history and your fears, and we make sense of what you just heard together.
I spent 15 years at the bedside with women in the exact moment you're afraid of. I know those rooms. I know which questions get real answers. And I make sure you walk in with them.
How it works: I'm in your corner Monday through Friday for questions, appointment prep and support between visits, and I answer within one business day. For bleeding, pain that scares you or anything urgent, your OB or 911 comes first, every time. Then you message me, and we make sense of it together.
“You will never sit at that bedside wondering if you said the right thing.” — Tianna
From "is this normal?" to your Heartbeat Milestone, with me beside you.
Your plan, right now
In our first session we build your Pregnancy Dashboard: what's in your hands this week, what to bring up with your OB, and your list for that first prenatal visit. The 2 AM searching stops, because you know what this week is about.
Every question, answered
We meet every week. Between sessions you message me Monday through Friday when something feels off, so the fear has somewhere to go besides your search bar. Before every appointment, your questions are already written.
Your Heartbeat Milestone
I walk you through your Heartbeat Milestone and the end of your first trimester. You leave these 12 weeks knowing what's normal for you, what to watch for, and when to call, with Breathe Easy™ carrying you through the rest of your pregnancy.
24 years of painful periods. Pregnant at 40.
M. has PCOS and is a special needs mom. For 24 years, her period meant pain. In our first three months together, we worked on her period and ovulation through mindset, nutrition, weight loss support and symptom care. Then came her first painless period in 24 years.
A few cycles later, at 40, she called me with the news: she was pregnant, naturally. Then she asked me to support her through her first trimester.

Is First Trimester Support for you?
This is for you if…
- You have PCOS and a positive test, naturally or with treatment, and you're in your first trimester.
- You've had a loss before, and this pregnancy feels like holding your breath.
- You're the one everyone leans on, and you're tired of carrying this fear by yourself.
- You want a nurse who knows PCOS and pregnancy in your corner every week, not just a course.
This isn't for you if…
- You want someone to diagnose, prescribe or replace your OB. I work alongside your prenatal care, never instead of it.
- You want somebody to promise you a perfect pregnancy. No honest nurse can. I can promise you won't walk through it alone.
- You'd rather learn on your own. Breathe Easy™ on its own is built for that.
You carried everyone to get here. Let somebody carry this with you.
You can spend the next 12 weeks checking the toilet paper, googling every twinge and lying awake wondering if you did enough. Or you can spend them with somebody who knows your story, answers your questions and walks into every scary moment with you.
You'll never have to look back and wonder whether you did enough. You'll know you did, because you weren't doing it alone.
