Your 50-minute Assessment with me is confirmed. Your confirmation email from Practice Better has your time, your video link and your intake form.
Before we meet
- Fill out your intake in Practice Better (the link is in your confirmation email).
- Take the free Fertility GPS if you haven't yet: gps.loveservedwarm.com. I review your results ahead of time.
- Upload what you have. The messy version is fine:
- Cycle dates for the last 3 months, even the long, weird ones
- OPK photos and app screenshots
- Temperatures and cervical mucus notes, if you track them
- Labs with the dates they were drawn, including the "normal" ones
- Medications and supplements, past and current
- The one question you most want answered
Everything is shared live with me during the session, so keep a notebook or your notes app open. Need to move it? You can reschedule once, up to 24 hours before.
