Pregnancy support · 12 weeks

You're pregnant. You don't have to hold your breath alone.

After a long road with PCOS, a positive test can bring as much fear as joy. For the first twelve weeks, I'll walk alongside you: regular check-ins, answers between OB visits, and a calm, experienced voice when every twinge feels like a question.

I'm a registered nurse with 15+ years in Labor & Delivery and the NICU. This is coaching and education that works alongside your prenatal care, never instead of it.

What the twelve weeks include

01

A check-in every two weeks

Private video calls to talk through how you're feeling, what's normal, and what to bring up with your OB.

02

Messaging between calls

Questions don't wait for appointments. Message me through Practice Better and I'll help you make sense of what you're noticing.

03

Ready for every OB visit

A question list for each appointment, so you walk in prepared and walk out with answers, not a list of things you forgot to ask.

04

Support for the anxious weeks

Early pregnancy after PCOS often comes with fear alongside the joy. You'll have a steady, experienced voice for those weeks.

This is for you if

  • You have PCOS and just found out you're pregnant, with or without fertility treatment
  • You're in your first trimester and every twinge sends you searching at 2 AM
  • You want someone who understands PCOS, and pregnancy, in your corner
  • You didn't work with me before you conceived, and you want PCOS-informed support now

Already a From PCOS to Pregnancy™ client? Your program already includes support through your Heartbeat Milestone and up to 12 weeks, so you don't need this.

Her story

24 years of painful periods. Pregnant naturally at 40.

Marine came to me after 24 years of painful periods. A few months into our work she had her first painless period, and a few cycles later, at 40, she called me with the news: she was pregnant, naturally. Then she asked me to support her through her first trimester. This page offers that kind of first-trimester support to women who didn't work with me before they conceived.

Why me

I've spent more than 15 years as a registered nurse in Labor & Delivery and the NICU, including high-risk obstetrics. I know what these early weeks feel like from the bedside, and I know what PCOS asks of your body to get here.

What this support is, and isn't

This is coaching and education. It does not replace prenatal care, and I don't diagnose or prescribe. Any symptom of concern goes to your OB, or to emergency care, first.

How to start
