Your guide is on its way

Check your inbox, mama. Your guide is on its way.

It should land in the next few minutes from Tianna at Love Served Warm. 📬 Can't find it? Check Promotions or Spam, then drag it to your Primary tab and add [email protected] to your contacts so you never miss one of my notes.

Before anything else: if your loss was recent, call your doctor or go in if you're soaking 2 pads an hour for 2 hours in a row (or, after a later loss, even 1 pad an hour), or passing clots bigger than an egg.

In crisis? Call or text 988. Emergency: 911.

About Tianna

I lost my first baby, who I never got to bring home.

I'm Tianna Trinidad, a Registered Nurse with more than fifteen years in Labor & Delivery and the NICU. I have PCOS. Knowing the medical words didn't make it hurt any less.

I went on to have my son and my daughter, but I never forgot what it felt like to be sent home with no map. So I made you one.
