PCOS Body Talk™ · For young women 15–24

Your body is talking. Learn what it's saying.

Periods that come whenever. Acne that won't quit. A doctor who says "it's normal" or "you're too young." PCOS Body Talk™ is the conversation I wish someone had with me as a teenager: how your cycle and hormones work, what PCOS is and isn't, and how to speak up until you're heard.

Created by a registered nurse with 15+ years in Labor & Delivery and the NICU, who was diagnosed with PCOS as a teen. For young women who've been diagnosed, and for those who are just wondering. Education, not medical care.

$497 · includes 3 live Q&As with Tianna · modules open Monday, January 11, 2027

Has anyone ever told you it's "just your period"?

Maybe your period shows up whenever it wants. Maybe the cramps keep you home, or the acne along your jaw won't quit no matter what you put on it. Maybe you've noticed hair where you didn't expect it, and you've never said it out loud.

Maybe you finally asked, and you heard "it's normal," "you're too young to worry," or "just lose some weight." So you went home and searched at 2 AM, and the internet made it scarier.

Many young women, especially Black and brown women, have walked out of an appointment feeling brushed off. You deserve to understand your body, and you deserve to be heard.

One course. Two ways in.

PCOS Body Talk™ is built for young women 15–24 and for the parents who love them.

Same appointment. Same symptoms. A different conversation.

Before"Um, my periods are kind of weird? It's probably nothing."
After"My periods have come every 50 to 70 days for a year, and my acne got worse at the same time. I've tracked it for 3 months. What testing would rule things out?"
Before"Okay, thanks." (and you leave with no plan)
After"Can you help me understand why this doesn't need testing? Can you note in my chart that I asked?"

This is for you if…

  • You're 15–24 and your periods are irregular, painful, heavy, or missing, and nobody has explained why
  • You've been diagnosed with PCOS (or PMOS) and left the appointment with more questions than answers
  • You think you might have PCOS and you want to know what to ask, without self-diagnosing
  • You've been brushed off and you want the words to speak up calmly and clearly
  • You're a parent who wants to give your daughter better information, sooner, than you had
  • You want a nurse who looks like you, explaining this in a way that feels like home

It's not for you if you're looking for a diagnosis, a prescription, a diet plan, or 1:1 coaching. PCOS Body Talk™ is education that makes you a stronger partner in your care.

Tianna Trinidad, RN with her family

Why I made this

I'm Tianna Trinidad, a registered nurse with more than 15 years in Labor & Delivery and the NICU, and a mom. But before any of that, I was a teenage girl with PCOS who knew something was off and didn't have the words for it.

I was diagnosed as a teen. I was given a label, not an explanation. I filled the gaps with fear and the quiet belief that my body was a problem.

PCOS Body Talk™ is the conversation I wish someone had with me, and the one I want my daughter to have: your body deserves attention, your questions deserve answers, and a PCOS diagnosis does not write the ending of your story.

Safe for teens, by design

Under 18? A parent or guardian buys the course and agrees to the terms. There's no open community or group chat, no private messages between Tianna and learners under 18, and questions for the live Q&As go through a form (anonymous is fine). Nothing in the course tells anyone to start or stop a medicine. It's education, not medical care.

Questions

Who is this course for?

Young women 15–24 who want to understand their cycle, hormones and PCOS, whether they've been diagnosed or not, and parents who want to support their daughters. Women older than 24 are welcome too.

My daughter is under 18. How does it work?

You check out as the parent or guardian. She gets her own login, and you get the Parent Companion Guide. We suggest watching Modules 1, 4 and 9 together, if she wants you there.

Do I need a PCOS diagnosis to join?

No. Many learners are "just wondering." The course teaches you what to track and what to ask, without self-diagnosing.

Will this diagnose me or tell me what medicine to take?

No. PCOS Body Talk™ is education, not medical care. It helps you understand your body and walk into appointments prepared. Diagnosis and treatment come from your clinician.

What is PMOS?

In May 2026, PCOS was officially renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome). The change is rolling out over about three years, so you'll hear both names. We cover it in Module 5.

Does the course talk about birth control?

Yes, in a balanced way. Hormonal birth control isn't poison, and it isn't right for everyone. Module 7 helps you ask good questions. It never tells anyone to start or stop a method.

When do lessons open?

Your downloads and Start Here lessons unlock the day you join. All 9 modules open Monday, January 11, 2027. Live Q&As are January 28, February 25 and March 25, 2027 at 7 PM ET, and they're recorded.

Is there 1:1 coaching?

No. It's self-study with three live group Q&As. Tianna doesn't give personal medical advice on calls.

Can my school, clinic, church or group use it?

Yes. Group licenses include a facilitator guide. Email [email protected] with your group size.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. If you have questions before you join, email [email protected].
