You’re invited to PMOS & Prosecco.
If I’ve invited you onto the show, it’s because there’s something in your work, your experience, or your perspective that my community needs to hear. This page has everything you need to say yes, prepare, and request your recording.
Request My RecordingThis is not a stiff interview.
PMOS & Prosecco is where women’s health gets a little more honest. It’s a weekly show hosted by Tianna Trinidad, RN, MHL, a registered nurse with 15+ years in high-risk obstetrics and the NICU, and the founder of Love Served Warm.
I bring on experts, practitioners, founders, and thought leaders for deeper conversations about the things women are often navigating quietly:
I’ll come prepared with a clear direction for our episode, but I also want room for us to respond to each other, tell stories, challenge ideas, laugh, go deeper, and let the conversation become what it needs to become.
Women who are ready to hear it.
My listeners are women with PCOS and hormone challenges, many of them trying to conceive, trying again after loss, or tired of being told everything looks “normal.” They’re smart, they’re searching, and they act on what they hear.
Your episode is shared with the PMOS & Prosecco listeners and the wider Love Served Warm community of 150K+ women.
What to expect on recording day
Remote, conversational
We record online. Plan for about 60 minutes, including a few minutes to settle in before we hit record.
Simple is fine
A quiet room, headphones, and a stable connection. An external mic is great if you have one. A laptop is better than a phone.
Usually not needed
Most direction and prep happens by email. If a sensitive topic would benefit from a quick call first, I’ll reach out. Otherwise, we save the best conversation for the mic.
I’ll send the direction
You’ll receive the episode focus and a few conversation threads ahead of time, not a rigid script.
What I need from you
- A professional headshot: clear and high-resolution, for episode artwork, social media, and email promotion.
- A short bio: with your preferred credentials, title, and business or organization, plus anything you’d like included in your introduction.
- Your links: the website, book, program, or resource you’d like listeners to find after the episode.
- Your social handles: so we tag you correctly when your episode goes out.
Where to send them: email everything to tianna@loveservedwarm.com with the subject line “PMOS & Prosecco Guest Materials”, at least one week before your recording.
Your episode is a collaboration.
I’ll promote your episode to the PMOS & Prosecco and Love Served Warm communities, and I ask my guests to help get the conversation in front of theirs too.
By appearing on PMOS & Prosecco, you agree to:
- Share your episode with your audience when it goes live.
- Post at least one piece of episode promotion on your primary social platform.
- Tag PMOS & Prosecco and/or Love Served Warm when you share.
- Allow us to use your name, likeness, approved headshot, bio, and clips or excerpts from our conversation to promote the podcast and your episode.
- Tell us ahead of time about any restrictions on your credentials, organization name, intellectual property, or materials.
What you’ll receive
Once your episode is scheduled for release, you’ll get everything you need to share it:
- Your episode link and confirmed release date
- Episode artwork
- Social graphics and/or clips when available
- Suggested promotional captions
Please wait until your release date is confirmed before announcing when the episode will air.
How we handle health conversations
PMOS & Prosecco covers fertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, PCOS, hormones, emotional health, complementary wellness, and other sensitive areas of women’s health.
We can absolutely have nuanced, interesting, unconventional conversations. We’ll just be intentional about medical claims, fertility outcomes, treatment claims, and anything that could reasonably be heard as promising a specific health result.
That boundary doesn’t make the conversation less interesting. It gives us room to go into hard subjects responsibly.
Request your recording date.
If everything above feels aligned, email me to request a recording. Share who you are, what you’d love to talk about, and a few dates that work for you. Once I approve, I’ll send you my private scheduling link.
Email Me to Request a RecordingOr email tianna@loveservedwarm.com with the subject line “PMOS & Prosecco Guest Request.”
I can’t wait to sit down with you.
Let’s make this a conversation women remember.
