PCOS Fertility & Pregnancy Prep · Led by an RN

Still doing everything “right” with PCOS and still not pregnant?

Your app says you ovulated. Your LH strips say maybe. Your cervical mucus showed up, disappeared, and then came back again. And somehow you are still supposed to “just keep trying.” I help women with PCOS figure out what their cycle is actually doing, where fertility may be getting stuck, and what deserves attention next so they can prepare for pregnancy with a strategy that makes sense for their body.

RN-led PCOS fertility education rooted in clinical experience, cycle patterns and lived experience.

If this sounds like your bathroom counter…

You do not need another app giving you a fertile window it cannot explain.

“Baby, if you have had three LH surges, stretchy mucus twice and two different apps giving you two different fertile windows, of course you are confused.”
Your LH keeps rising more than once.
So you keep wondering which surge was the real one — or whether you actually ovulated at all.
Your cervical mucus looks fertile…then disappears…and comes back.
Now fertile week feels like it has been going on for half the month.
Your period came, so the app reset to cycle day one.
But nobody ever helped you answer what actually happened in the cycle you just finished.
Your labs were called “normal,” but you still have questions.
Maybe you are spotting early, your luteal phase feels short, or the timing simply does not make sense.

You are not asking for too much. You are trying to answer the question that actually matters: Is my body really doing what it needs to do to prepare for pregnancy?

The Love Served Warm approach

I do not look at ovulation as one positive strip. I look at Build, Surge and Hold.

One of the biggest problems with PCOS fertility tracking is that one sign gets treated like the whole story. Egg-white cervical mucus does not automatically prove ovulation. A positive LH strip does not tell us everything that happened afterward. And getting a period does not automatically tell us the previous cycle worked the way we hoped.

1

Build

Is your body actually building toward ovulation? We look at the patterns leading up to the fertile window instead of assuming the calendar knows when your body is ready.

2

Surge

Is your body attempting to ovulate — and what are your signs really showing? This is where repeated LH surges, confusing strips and changing cervical mucus can matter.

3

Hold

What happens after suspected ovulation? We pay attention to the post-ovulation phase, its timing and the patterns that may deserve a closer look as you prepare for pregnancy.

Instead of asking only, “Did you get a positive OPK?” I want to understand the whole cycle — because that is where the story usually gets a lot more interesting.

Your clearest next step

The PCOS Fertility GPS Assessment

This is a focused 50-minute RN-led educational assessment for the woman who is tired of collecting more fertility data without understanding what any of it actually means. We look at your cycle through Build, Surge and Hold, identify the clearest area that deserves attention next, and give you one focused direction instead of another giant list of things to try.

How it works

We are not spending 50 minutes guessing together.

The Assessment has a job: help us understand where you are, identify what deserves attention first and make your next step clearer.

Step 01

You book + prepare

Reserve your Assessment and complete your pre-assessment information so I understand the cycle history and questions we need to pay attention to before we meet.

Step 02

We map Build, Surge & Hold

We look at what your cycle appears to be doing before, around and after suspected ovulation instead of relying on one isolated fertility sign.

Step 03

You know what deserves attention next

You leave with one focused next step and a clearer understanding of what level of support may make sense from here.

Tianna Trinidad, RN
About Tianna

I did not plan to become “the PCOS girl.” I planned to become a mom.

I'm Tianna Trinidad, RN, a PCOS Hormone & Ovulation Specialist with more than 15 years of high-risk clinical experience across Labor & Delivery, the NICU and women's health.

But Love Served Warm was born from something much more personal. I was the woman with PCOS trying to understand her own fertility. Then I experienced infertility and lost my first baby at six months pregnant. I know what it feels like to hear that things look “normal” while something inside you is still screaming that you need better answers.

That experience changed the way I looked at fertility forever. I became deeply interested in what can be missed when we look at one lab, one app prediction or one fertility sign without looking at how the entire cycle fits together.

I eventually went on to have two natural pregnancies with PCOS. Today I bring my nursing background, lived experience and proprietary fertility framework together to help women stop feeling like detectives in their own bodies and start understanding what their cycles are actually telling them as they prepare for pregnancy.

Is the Assessment right for you?

You may be in the right place if PCOS has made fertility feel like one long guessing game.

This may be for you if…

  • You have PCOS and getting pregnant is one of your current goals.
  • You are not confident that you are actually ovulating.
  • You see multiple LH surges or confusing OPK patterns.
  • Your cervical mucus, cycle timing and apps seem to tell different stories.
  • You are worried about what happens after ovulation, including spotting or a short luteal phase.
  • You have been told your labs are “normal” but still do not understand your fertility picture.
  • You want to prepare for pregnancy with more intention instead of randomly trying everything.

This may not be the right fit if…

  • You are looking for a medical diagnosis or second medical opinion.
  • You need prescriptions, medication management or medical treatment.
  • You need urgent or emergency medical care.
  • You are looking for an open-ended fertility consultation rather than a focused educational assessment.
  • You are looking for a guarantee that a specific strategy will result in pregnancy.
Frequently asked questions

Before you book

What exactly is the PCOS Fertility GPS Assessment?

It is a focused 50-minute RN-led educational assessment. We look at the patterns in your cycle through Build, Surge and Hold, identify the clearest area that deserves attention next and give you one focused next step. It is not an open-ended consultation or a full treatment plan.

Is this medical treatment?

No. The PCOS Fertility GPS Assessment provides education and coaching support. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, order treatment or replace care from your physician or other licensed medical providers.

How is this different from seeing my doctor?

Your physician and medical team diagnose and treat medical conditions. My role is different. I help you slow down the fertility information you are already seeing — your cycle timing, suspected ovulation patterns, LH changes, cervical mucus and post-ovulation patterns — so you can better understand what questions deserve attention and communicate more confidently with your medical team.

Will the Assessment tell me how to get pregnant?

No ethical fertility professional can guarantee pregnancy from one session. The goal of the Assessment is to help you understand where your current fertility picture appears to need the most attention and identify one focused next step as you continue preparing for pregnancy.

How much does the Assessment cost?

The PCOS Fertility GPS Assessment is $300 for one 50-minute session. Click the booking button below to view current appointment availability.
